FDA — processed food
Fresh lots stop at barangay, mayor, and sanitary. Packed food: LTO then CPR. eservices.fda.gov.ph
1
House papers first
DTI, SEC, or CDA. Mayor’s permit. Sanitary permit. A named qualified person. FDA will not start without these.
2
Kitchen that can pass GMP
Floor plan, water, pest, waste, equipment list, sanitation SOP. The inspector walks the room you named.
3
License to Operate (LTO)
Food manufacturer, repacker, or trader on the FDA eServices portal. Pay the fee. Wait the evaluation. A valid LTO is required before any product paper.
4
Product line on the LTO
The jar, sauce, or tablea you want to sell must sit on the LTO as a product line. Variation first if it is missing. Then you may file a CPR.
5
Certificate of Product Registration (CPR)
One CPR per SKU. Label under AO 2014-0030-A: name, ingredients, allergen, net content, lot, expiry, maker address. Sweeteners named. No medical claim.
6
Keep it live
Renew before the LTO dies. A late file carries a surcharge under RA 9711. The ridge will not plate an expired CPR.
LandBank environmental rules
Pay the book, not a pocket
Direct trade lands in a LandBank or rural-bank account in the coop or company name. Never a personal wallet.
No child labor
LANDBANK ESS and our kitchen both refuse a lot picked by children. Family farms still name who works.
Legal land, no forest cut
ARB paper, title, or a barangay lease. No conversion of watershed or residual forest for the crop.
Nothing into the lake
Wash water and process waste do not go to Laguna de Bay, the river, or a drain without a permit. Compost or a legal tank.
CNC / ECC when the plant needs it
A mill, a pickle room, a dye vat — DENR EMB Certificate of Non-Coverage or ECC if the activity is covered. LANDBANK will ask.
Exclusion list
Illegal logging, threatened wood, wildlife trade, persistent chemicals, asbestos, weapons. We will not list you.
If you borrow from LandBank
AgriSenso and countryside MSME credit run their own E&S due diligence. We do not originate the loan. We will not sign a lot that would fail it.
Gates
A named place
Barangay, mill, loom, or kiln. Not ‘Philippines, assorted’.
Natural is luxury
No artificial flavour or preservative in what we plate or jar.
Volume we can finish
A café and twenty rooms, not a mall planogram. Small lots first.
Paper that matches the craft
Barangay and mayor for makers. FDA LTO when it is processed food or cosmetic.
Allergen kitchen
We share a pass. Shrimp paste, peanuts, soy — say so.
A loop
Sack back, bottle back, peel to soil, or a classroom peso.
A card we can print
A person, a craft, a year. Guests read it.
LandBank-clean
If we pay you, it is a coop or company book. No child labor. No waste into the lake.
Not a fit
- Mall snacks with flavour codes
- Medical or ‘cure’ claims
- Threatened wood
- Furniture we cannot climb the ridge with
- Electronics and auto parts
- A second menu of the same pour we already roast
