Booking terms

A hold is a conversation with the house until we write back on WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, or booking@kabesera.com. Paying the hold fee confirms the seat, not ownership of the deck.

Tables open from 8:00 AM; last seating 2:00 AM, every day. Event rentals 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Kitchen last call follows the floor.

Sunset seats and table reservations are encouraged on weekends and Philippine holidays from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and for every exclusive (whole-room) hire any day. Coffee, weekday lunch, and a two-top at the door stay walk-in. Stays and day tours keep their own booking calendar — this paragraph does not change them. Pre-up photoshoot is a separate hold: ₱650 per person, five people minimum, four hours, weekdays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and off-peak mornings, all corners of the café with respect for dining guests. Romantic proposal is ₱650 per person, five minimum, three hours, fully consumable on food and drink.

You may book up to 365 days ahead, Manila time. Past days will not hold.

₱500 for 1–2 guests. ₱1,000 for 3 or more. Dining-package reservation is ₱5,000 (see the package card).

None of these are refundable as cash. The same amount is credited in full to your dining bill, package, or event rental the night you sit.

Transferable to immediate family only — spouse or partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild. Same code, new name on the floor.

Rescheduling is allowed while a seat is still open. Four hours’ notice helps the pass. The hold travels to the new sitting.

We keep your table 30 minutes past the reserved time. After that the table opens for waiting guests. The paid hold stays as a house credit — sit later if a seat opens, transfer, or reschedule.

A no-show after the 30-minute grace keeps the hold as credit, not cash.

Weather moves an alfresco table under the covered eave. It does not cancel. A typhoon signal that closes the ridge will be written to you; the hold moves or stays as credit.

Listed packages (couple ₱6,000 through house buyout) are consumable on food and drink for the hours on the card, usually four. The ₱5,000 package hold is credited to that bill.

Event and stay holds: cancel 14 days ahead for a deposit refund less any tasting or artist fee. Table holds stay consumable, not refundable.

Exclusive lawn or house buyout is not stacked with walk-ins. Capacities on Venue are the honest numbers.

Romantic table set-up is ₱1,000: seasonal fruit, two house drinks, a warm snack, linen or bare wood, cabana or covered deck. Not a hotel rose-scatter. Not helium. Not a private dining room — the view is shared, the table is yours.

Add-ons (bouquet, cake, toast, wine pairing, music, extra hour) are prepared once paid. Artist fees are not refunded inside 7 days.

Kabesera Bed & Coffee rooms are listed here. The binding stay contract, tax, and cancel window live on Cloudbeds. Check-in 14:00, check-out 12:00 unless the stay page says otherwise.

Pets: decks yes, indoor salon no, unless we write an exception. Stairs exist — ask for the lower table or a ground room.

Smoke-free in enclosed rooms and the café line. Outdoor decks follow the LGU.

Tell us allergens before you sit. One kitchen — we will try, we cannot promise a zero-trace plate.

We may refuse service for unsafe conduct, for an under-18 wine order, or if the party size on the night is not the party we held.

Outside food is not a right except a celebration cake we already know about, or a medically required item you told the floor.

Holds and bills settle in PHP by QR Ph, GCash, Maya, card via PayMongo, or cash on the floor. We do not store full card numbers here.

booking@kabesera.com receives every reservation, shop, sale, and payment letter. Keep that thread if you need to show a hold.

Until live payment keys sit on Ops, any on-site “pay” control is a demo. A person on the floor or WhatsApp will still take a real hold.

We keep your name, number, and email to seat you (R.A. 10173). Full notice: Privacy. Analytics cookies are optional.

File a numbered complaint at Help. Seven working days. DTI remains open if we fail you.
