Standing · until removed

Year-round until the desk removes 1.1.
Merch 12% · jars 15% · cake 8% · stay −₱ 500
House rate
Sale
1.1 is the house rate until we lift it. Best layer wins.
01
Catalog is the kitchen book
A jar lists at ₱480 because that is what the kitchen last charged. We do not invent a ₱999 strike.
02
1.1 is on until the desk lifts it
STANDING_11_REMOVED is false. 1.1 First light is the house rate all year — merch 12%, jars 15%, cake 8%, stay −₱500 first night. Not a 24-hour trick.
03
Best layer wins. Never stacked
Flash, fiesta, or Ridge/Sanctuary merch % — we take the better number. Adding 12% + 15% is a fake discount. We do not do it.
04
Plates do not move
Menu is the menu. Walk-in table fee is ₱0. 1.1 never touches a sit-down dish.
05
Holds have their own weather
Off-peak −20%. Weekend peak +10%. Holiday peak +15%. Held 7+ days out −10%. Caps: −25% to +20%. Rounded to ₱10.
06
Lift is a flag, not a countdown
When the desk sets STANDING_11_REMOVED, 1.1 stops. Catalog (or member %, if better) is the board again.

Behavioral economics we keep
Fairness, not a decoy
1.1 is the reference price. We do not show a higher ‘was’ we did not charge this quarter.
Round pesos
Holds round to ₱10. Charm ₱499 belongs to a mall. A café board is a round number.
Endowment
Stamps you already hold. Thirty-minute grace you already paid for. We do not snatch them.
Goal gradient
The stamp bar and Ridge week show remaining visits. Same 8. The frame is what we A/B.
Mental accounts
Green Points are a ledger. Wallet is pesos. We do not auto-convert. 100 pts → ₱50 when you ask.
Default
1.1 is on. Push is off until you ask. Quiet hours 22:00–07:00.
Present bias, honest window
Friday jar flash is two real hours. Midnight Manila is the close. No fake timer.
Peak load, named
Weekend and holiday holds cost more floor. Off-peak costs less. The line is on the ticket.
What we refuse
Drip fees after checkout. Fake scarcity. Stacked percents. A/B on the peso. Hidden 1.1 expiry.
The algorithm
1.1 is the board
On until we lift it. Not a countdown we reset.
Best layer, never stacked
Sale % or member %. We pick the better. Adding them is a fake discount.
No strike-through
We do not print a peso we did not charge this quarter.
Friday jar flash
20:00–22:00. Replaces 1.1 on jars if it is better.
Ridge week
Quests, stamps, streak. Real pours, not badges for sale.
Quiet hours
Push sleeps 22:00–07:00. 1.1 does not shout at 2am.
